FatFace joined forces with The Prince’s Trust last year to launch a new collection featuring designs from young people supported by the youth charity. This year’s winners have just been announced as Ella Daniel–Lowe and Sian Eilbeck and their product will be in stores this autumn.
Tomorrow’s Talent is a competition that helps young people facing difficulty harness their creative potential, and raises vital funds for The Prince’s Trust. The Prince’s Trust has paired up with several retailers to offer young people supported by the charity an opportunity to have their designs featured on unique products. Last year’s competition winners were Jessica Malry, 25, from York and Sally Darby, 30, from Bristol. Ms Malry created designs for a printed scarf and a canvass shopper bag. She said: “The last year has been a fantastic journey for me. From going on The Prince’s Trust Enterprise programme, setting up my own business, North Doodle Co, with The Trust’s help, being selected for the Tomorrow’s Talent competition, meeting so many interesting people and learning valuable skills at FatFace to further my business.”
